Mental Health

Mental health is important. It's super duper important. And that's why I'm dedicating a post to it!

Lots of people don't understand mental health. I blame that on schools not teaching about it well enough.

Mental health is important. It is so, so important. There's a lot of people that don't understand how it works. It is important to learn how mental health works.

Everyone has mental health, but not everyone has bad mental health. Mental health issues are things like depression, anxiety, etc.

So, I found this quote, not too long ago, and I really want to share it here: "Your skin isn't paper; don't cut it. Your face isn't a mask; don't hide it. Your size isn't a book; don't judge it. Your life isn't a film; don't end it."

I'm having issues with really saying much on this topic... I don't even know how to explain it...

I think I'm going to leave this entry off with: 800-273-8255(Suicide prevention hotline) (Note: We have a YouTube playlist for when you're having a mental health breakdown. Go check it out!) We got a suggestion on something to add to this: "When someone has depression, you can't just tell them to cheer up. That's just not how it works. People need to get educated on mental health. When you are uneducated about it, you don't help the people who need the help. You make it worse. Much worse." Thank you to the anonymous viewer who allowed us to add that!

Okay, so that's it for today! Please, if you have anything for us to add, comment it!

Bye, bye!

(Bi, bi!)
